PCC was the General Contractor for this project and was responsible for all aspects of work, including subcontractors. PCC performed all MPT, installation of large pre-cast box culverts supported by continuous flight auger piles, sanitary sewers, distribution and trunk water main, roadway construction and asphalt paving. Subcontractors included electrical work, rebar installation and pile installation.
