A NYCEDC project located at South Brooklyn Marine Terminal in Sunset Park, Brooklyn (bounded by 29th street to the north, 39th street to the south, Second Avenue to the east and Gowanus Bay to the west). The project scope consisted removal of existing rails, construction for and installation of new rails, construction for and installation of new utilities, pavement restoration, paving and other related work.
