NYC DDC - The scope of work under this project included the complete construction of a new 14 Acre housing development site in East New York, Brooklyn. Construction included land clearing, earthwork, installation of pile-supported sanitary & storm sewers, distribution water mains, green infrastructure, and complete roadway construction. PCC collaborated with multiple agencies in order to build this project to the sponsor agency's requirements and utilized value engineering to cut the extensive cost of unforeseen conditions present.
