PCC was awarded this $12 million project in 2010 by NYC EDC. The project consisted of altering the streetscape in downtown Brooklyn on Flatbush Ave. between Tillary St. and Dekalb Ave. It included the installation of new distribution water mains, center median walls, granite curb, and complete roadway repaving.
